Q: Should I size up or down?
Most of our pairs fit true to size. If you are between sizes, please refer to the SIZE & FIT section below the product details to check whether the style runs small, large, or true to size.If you need further guidance, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with sizing and fit for a particular style.
Q: How should I care for my Saaz leather shoes?
Quality shoes require quality care. Keep your SAAZ looking their best by protecting them from water and wet surfaces.
Q: Will my shoes loosen with wear?
Most of our pairs are supposed to be snug so they can loosen to take the shape of your feet. It takes two to three wears to break-into the leather. We recommend wearing them out for shorter periods of time at home when new so the break-in process is smooth.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
As each pair is handmade to order, please allow 25–30 working days for order processing before your order is dispatched.
Q: Is advance payment required?
Yes, A Rs. 3,000 advance payment via bank transfer is required to confirm all COD orders. Your order will be confirmed once the payment is received.
Q: What is your exchange policy?
We offer a one-time size exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn and unaltered. Custom orders and custom fits are not eligible for exchange. Exchange delivery charges are covered by the customer.
Q: What is your refund policy?
Unworn and unaltered items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. A Rs. 3,000 deduction applies to refunds, as all pairs are made to order.
