As part of our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, we've implemented a small price hike and updated our order confirmation policies to ensure the best experience possible. To confirm your order, a small advance payment is required, and we'll send you a confirmation before we begin crafting your unique piece. Each item is handmade to order, so the current lead time is approximately 40 working days, we know its long but we promise it will be worth the wait. We can't wait to create something beautiful for you! 

 

True Cost Breakdown for Price Hike:

Effective immediately, we have had to adjust our prices due to several factors, which include a 10% increase in market rates for raw materials, a 3% rise in the cost of improved leather quality, a 5% increment in fair wages for our hardworking artisans, and a 2% increase in logistics and operations costs. These changes have resulted in a 20% increase in our base prices.

 

Lead Time & Order Confirmation: 

We understand that our customers value the uniqueness and authenticity of our products, which is why we are committed to providing a personalized and meaningful experience with every purchase. Our lead time for delivery is currently towards the first week of July '23, and we encourage you to book your slot soon. (updated 9th of May 2023) 

Additionally, we have updated our order confirmation policies to ensure that you have the best experience possible. To confirm your order, we now require a small advance payment. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details, so you can double-check and ensure that everything is correct before we begin crafting your one-of-a-kind piece.
