Sometimes, things just don't work out. It happens!

At SAAZ, you can return/ exchange an item within 15 days from the date of delivery. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

Exchange Policy

We offer one time size exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery*. Not applicable on custom orders.

Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled, will not be taken back. Please allow up to 15 - 20 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. (Time may vary as per current fulfillment time)

All delivery charges To and From will be covered by the patron.
