How should I prepare my package for return?

To have your package ready for return, please follow these easy steps! 

To make sure we can process your return successfully, please adhere to the requirements below when returning your package: 

• Use the same plastic bag to cover the package (this is where the consignee shipping label is attached) before handing it over to a courier service. 

If you do not have the label anymore;

• Mention your Name & Order Number clearly on the shipping bag.
• Add a note inside the parcel with your instagram/email address that you used to reach out for returns. 
•  Do not adhere labels or tape to the shoe. 

Incase of easy return:

•  Download the return form and attach it to the package. 

*Please note: if packaging requirements are not met, a 1000rs penalty will be deducted from your balance.
